rom image crashed on nds emulator

well on my nds emulator every time i try to play a rom such as pokemon ranger, pokemon dash, pokemon d(U) it says rom image crashed. I have no idea whats wrong. I tried changing the nds cartridge backup media i didnt work. i have the BIOSNDS9 ROM FILE AND THE BIOSNDS9 ROM FILE and no luck.
