I see that the Wiikey comes with SNES Emulator on board and I have been using it to great success. My question is, is there any way to add more emulators? (N64,Genesis,NES,GBA), if so how?. Also, I see that there a .dol program as well, is this a gamecube format?

yes, you are correct in your assumption that dol is for gamecube (the gamecube's codename was dolphin). So if you can find any homebrew or emulators for GC, then you should try them with the dol loader for wiikey and report back here on your successes.

As far as the other emulators, do I have to wait for an update from Wiikey that will have additional emulators?

yes there is there is an entire .rar file that comes with a bunch of emulators to just add roms and burn, it comes with NES,SNES,GBA,PCE,SMS,SG just search for wiiemus.rar as well the TehSkeen Forums have the latest ones all the time.
