I need to find the site that is selling the open source/cheap mod chips($5-$6). I read an article a few weeks ago that said a retailer was selling preflashed modcheaps or whatever their called that give the basic features and they are selling them cheap as they consider the preflashed open source code a service. I have a cyclowiz and am happy with, but I want to get my little cousin something basic so he can play backups as he already ruined two games(damn kids). I'm also a really cheap bastard and don't want to spend much.
