Can you play NDS Roms on the Wii

I have dozens of NDS Roms that my kids play on their DS. Is there a way to also play them on the Wii. Just curious.

Yes you can if you have a Modchip installed and use GCOS to boot the Emulator disc with it.

You can download emulator disc for the Wii from torrent sites and RSS feeds. You will need to search yourself for them.

What ARE you talking about??? There is no Nintendo DS emulator for the Wii...EVER. It's impossible I think.

Well i wouldn't say it's impossible, but NO there is not a DS emulator out there for the Wii chances are with the amount of people developing for the Wii so far unlike the cube it will most likely be brought forth but never fuction properly being the fact it requires a touch screen to be used and the Wii uses a controller & infra red -so if you did get an emulator up and running anything that requires the use of the touch screen is not going to work and being that it's pointless to do so you may never see it. Sorry would be cool though huh?

Yeah my bad didn't notice the NDS at the begging of the ROM. Thought they where asking if you could play other Nintendo ROMs on the Wii. Plus there where some questions on running other emulators on the Wii before I read this thread guess my brain did a trick on me.

Even Addicts can make mistakes. But you can run Nintendo 64, NES, SNES and other emulators on the Wii counsel.
