"No Seek Complete" Error Message

Whenever trying to burn a DVD I seem to get a "No Seek Complete" error message. I have tried multiple media types and used other types of burning software with no success. I have no problems burning a CD, but DVD just doesn't seem to work. I never had any problems until recently, though I have not made any changes that I am aware of.
I have a NEC ND-3550A drive and I am attempting to burn to a Memorex DVD+RW
This is the log from my last failed attempt at burning an image. (I have tried both images and random data)
