i heard that the psp 3.03 oe-c can read mp4 plus theres a software 2. is this true ? pls help

Yes, if you're willing to pay, go to slysoft.com and pick up Clone DVD mobile, at least you can download it and try it out for 21 days. If you prefer freeware, PSP9, which you can get here on afterdawn is your best bet, it is less user friendly but must people say it's very good.
