Well, I am very dumb when it comes to computers and Im having trouble playing foreign online games.
The only trouble is that the text would be "??????" or just a bunch of squares and Im not sure if its the encoding problem with foreign programs. I've heard that your computer must require that specific language OS to read the text.
I have a windows xp and i want to play a Japanese mmorpg. I have no clue on how to solve this problem.
