hi gang

im having trouble downloading Nero clean tool.it wont save to my
desk top.i installed Nero 7 over an update but it didnt work so i
have to unistall everything so i need the clean tool to do so but
it wont download to my desk top so i can use WinZIP to finish.is
there another way to download it or another way to delete the old
nero 7 that i had previsouly in my computer?thanks.

You might try Ccleaner to run the uninstaller for Nero...clean the registry and then try Nero clean tool again to finish removing all the bits and peices.
