there should be a closed section where the mods will post warning, suspensions, and bans and explaining what happened so then there is no confusion

If the mod see fit to ban someone, then that's their decision and the reason will be made known to that user in the ban report.
Why someone got banned should not be public knowledge, IMO. If mods wish to share that with people, then fine.
As for aabbccdd, I don't see why he should be treated any differently than any other average joe. Do the mods tell us why they banned some console kiddie when they break a rule? No, they don't. Anyone that gets banned has broken a rule, so they are all equal, noob or addict.
However, I think the reason aabbccdd was banned is along the lines of "he wanted a holiday". Lol ^.~

Unless I've got the wrong end of the stick, maybe the original point was "if justice is done...then let it be seen to be done".

Nothing new needs adding or doing here, more often than not the reasons why misbehavers are suspended or sent off packing can be easily found in a simple Forum search. If not then there's no need for anyone else to know.

yea but there are times when people get a warning in a thread they never go back to. just a section of warnings would be nice just so then people can be 100% sure that there is a problem and i can guarentee there would be less complaining about what happened

You only just found out creaky? I must've forgotten to pass on the news, but I got a PM from him as soon as he joined back up saying "Hi guess who's back"... Eugh.
Maybe he's still a little confused as to why all his other accounts got banned, so is hoping he'll still be up there in the top ten and get to see the reasons!

Alternatively, maybe a PM from a mod should suffice. This may already be common practice to inform the offender that action is impending and would keep the accused out of the public eye.

yea i am using the school computers and auslander i always thought u were a cool person that is why i hung around u i thought u were a nice guy who made good points in topics that is why i hung around u cause u gave good info on topics i was interested in.
