Hot Shots Open Tee won't load!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Hot Shots Open Tee iso that I actually backed up myself that absolutely will not load on ANY of the custom firmwares from 3.02 OE-A to the current 3.40 OE-A which I am currently at. I have a GTA Vice City UMD in the drive and my settings are as follows:

Use No-UMD: disabled
Fake Region: disabled

I have also tried every clockspeed since some isos won't run unless it's overclocked. I have also mixed and matched the settings. The PSP recognizes the iso under the GAME menu but gives me the "Game Could Not Be Started (80020148)" message. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

its probably a bad iso, try using another method other than the one u used to dump the iso

sry man. i've dumped the iso three times and even downloaded it. everytime it still won't load.
