Um..im tryig to make a mutigame cube disk and was backup melee on my LG drive, and suddenly it stops at 0.99 like 10 mintues into finishing...is it a disk problem if STRACHED??? because it wont read...is that really a problem?

oh and does anyone know where i can buy a wavevbird for cheap, for my friend..he also needa a memory card..like cheap!! and new!

well yeah that could be a huge factor of the mess up, Hold your GC disc up to a light and look from the silver side if you see and spots of light coming through you are missing data and chances are its not going to work, get some hand or diswashing soap and clean the disc don't use circular motions just from inner edge to outer aqnd see if that helps also make sure the drive is in PIO mode that way it will do a slow reading - wavebird cheap? ebay?
