I am having trounble burning a good copy of ISO to DVD sucessfully. I have a wiikey installed and tried burning the ISO with a NEC-2500A dvd burner using Ridata and Verbatim DVD-R and no luck as game will not load. I retried burning with Memorex DVD+R with lightscribe DVD burner and still no luck. The game will not load once I get pass the wii menu it just gets stuck. The funny thing is if I load with the original then replace with the copy half way thourgh the game it works fine. Can anyone please give me some suggestions on what the problem might be as I have exhausted all options, thanks. By the way the games I am trying to backup are Zelda and Wiiplay. Also the person who help me put the mod chip in gave me a game to try on the wii to see if it was the chip but his game works fine, it is copied on a Ridata DVD+R.

The guy did give me a setup disc. I also changed some settings to see if it would work and still no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas?

hey buddy looks like only us in here haha. i however did get mine to work today. IF you are able to boot the Setup disk and get into Wiikey setup menu then you installed the wiikey right. Here are a couple things to try in configuration menu change region free to on. if you do not have a GC controller to navigate use the reset button on the Wii. after doing so restart the wii and insert a backup disk. if first time doesn't work take it out insert it again. i burnt with some very shitty disk from CompUSa and imition or something like that and they worked fine. best of luck. again if you can boot of wiikey setup disk the it must be burning process just try again
