How to restore acrylic anti-glare on Samsung DLP?

My son banged a toy on my new 50" DLP Samsund TV, and without thinking I took a "miracle" sponge to it thinking it would rub out the black marks.....well it took off some of the acrylic based anti-glare, and of course cosmetic damage is not covered in the warranty. Does anyone have an idea on how to restore the anti-glare? Is it even possible?

Please help!!!
