I have a cue and bin file how do I copy it to dvd?thanks,Joseph

Hi!
Cue and bin are not usually used for dvd images as far as i know ( often .img)What size is the .bin file? if it is around 600-800mb its probably made for an ordinary cd-r. Anyhow you just load the cue file (in Nero file-burn image)
and burn it.

Sounds like youve got an SVCD image not dvd.
Like Carus said burn with Nero and your set to go.

You will of course need some 99+ min CD's, Nero set for Overburn and a writer that supports overburning ;-)
