PC WONT COME ON NEED HELP URGENT

I was puting the new windows vista on my pc i had to update my nortian antivirus to let vista work so i did i had to restart my pc afterwerds and now all i get when i turn it on is beep beep beeeeeeeeeep. and nothing will come on the moniter (i am on a diffrent pc at the moment)

You did more than "update your nortian" if it's beeping. You got hardware trouble, boy. Check memory is seated correctly also video card etc
