i tired i got v 4.00 i read the little book to but i have no idea where to put the iso to make it smaller

if you do not know how to use that, then try YAIUS. its pretty good, i compressed GTA LC from 1200 MB to 850MB, though ofcourse if you try compressing smaller files, there wont be a drastic change.
