I was asking and asking about the 3.10 downgrader didnt find nothinhg then One guy said -If you want so much that why dont you make it-

Then i think maybe i could but !!!!
I dont know how so i was wondering if someone can give me the right tools to make it maybe. I dont know how but im only asking If someone can give me the right tools to make a downgrader Please

ur better off trying to make an exploit cuz the actual downgrader would only be used if made by one of the more highly esteemed programers

Uhh if everyone could just get tools and put together a downgrader like you want to, I think there'd be a downgrader by now. Seriously, you'd have to understand the workings of a PSP, which I assume you don't. Then you'd also have to understand how to program the downgrader. Its not just a program that helps you put together a downgrader step by step. Wow.
