I had a little problem whit final fantasy 7 that I have played on my psp(yes... I downgrade/upgrade it). I have beaten the 1st disc then I have to change the discs... but when I did my save file was deleted. my question is... what I need to do when I change discs. I think I have to use some kind of program.

P.S. I don't know if this is right place to post this thread. But tell me if it isn't where I should post it.

are you using the actual disc or an iso/cso?

if it is the actual disc, im pretty sure there is no program required. probably a glitch or something happened, you might want to try again, but make sure to take a backup of your savedata

there could be a glitch with the iso, but that shouldn't have deleted the savedata. did your whole memstick get formated or did the savedata just get deleted.

most likely it is the iso's problem.

It didn't format my memory stic. It just deleted my save. I don't use my game cd becouse its PAL version and if I use it... well... it looks like its hacked.

you might want to try playing the game again, and before finishing the first disc, copy your save file. there shouldn't be any reason why the iso is not working, unless like i said before, it could be the iso's problem.

The problem is that you converted the second disk with a different 'id'. So since the second disk has a different 'id', it looks for a different folder, instead of the disk one folder. I believe psx2psp might automatically give them the right id
