Ok, so I need a modchip but I'm not sure which one to get. I'm between the Wiikey and WiiD. Can somebody help me decide? I also need suggestions on where to buy them (for the U.S). I've been looking in a couple of places, but some say that the security certificate is expired, and I don't want to buy from an unsecured site. Paypal is preferred, but I can't find anyone accepting Paypal.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

All I can do is give you my opinion I would recommend the WiiD...

It has all the features that the Wiikey offers. Plus I have read post of other Wiikey owners that said the Wiikey doesn't have great support for Game Cube games.

WiiD has played every Wii Game Disc and Game Cube Game Disc that i have backed up. Plus the WiiD has an option to disable the chip. Having a disable option is not mandatory but is a nice feature to have if in the future it is needed.
