i have been using my sony camcorder and been using it as a webcam and to capture videos and all of a sudden i have been getting bad quality when i upload to my computer

here is the quality i am now getting

can someone help me restore any steeing which might cause bad quality from my webcam all of a sudden

give us more details everything, try updating drivers for your cam, is everthing plugged in right, dust is always the behind our tech issues

what type of file is it, you may have lost a codec go to www.free-codec.com and find a pack or a specific one that will play the file correctly
