The answers to this is all over bascially, but moreover the wiinja and the cyclowiz are the older cards, and basically people shy away from them altogether. Currently, the more popular choice is wiikey, as more people have it, but the wiid is also highly recommended. Lately, people have been praising the wiid for better GC support, however today there is supposed to be a patch to the wiikey that is supposed to improve its gamecube, and out of region support.

So the basic understanding is that while more people have the wiikey, you basically dont really lose going with either the wiikey or the wiid chips. I personally prefer doritos.
