I have quite a few mp3 albums (about 250+), and they are all sorted in indavidual folders according to what album they belong to. Some of them have m3u playlist files but many of them don't, and I want them all to inorder to synch them with my ipod using winamp so I can browse my albums in playlist form.

So my question is: What is a good mp3 organiser/playlist creator/manager that would do what i want it to. Or if any of you have any suggestions of a better meathod? Thanks.
