it shows how to convert RMVB to DVD..... soooooo you can use a program like ConvertXtoDVD to convert to DVD compliant files for burning:

sorry..... that's also RMVB to DVD..... I would think that you would have to use RealPlayer to record to RMVB... if it can be done!
