Umm i'll just get straight down to it.... Whats a seeder and whats a leacher? I just don't understand.....

Seeders have the complete file and are sharing. The other one is self explanatory by name....

Yes, if you download torrents with more seeders than leechers, then you would get a better speed, in theory, but of course the seeds upload has to be shared out amonsgt the leeches, and therefore, you may not get the speed you are expecting or hoping for, as uploads are usually always slower than ones downloads. You can however get really good speeds with private trackers. And torrents with 30-1 seed to leech ratio.
