I just downloaded this software, and how come the albums it downloads whenever i play it in Zune it says this...[b]Zune software encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help.[b] before that it says it doesnt support file extension (.mp3)....how do i convert this or sotmhing so it will play in Zune??

What has BitTornado got to do with this?

Anyway I do not know anything about Zune, but it seems as though it cannot play mp3 files, so use this http://www.riverpast.com/en/prod/crazivideo/ go there and download their Zune video converter, it also does audio files, click on free trial.
