Problem with gamecube games

I have 2 Wii's modded with wiikey. I try to play my original gamecube games and keep getting dre's. Is anyone else having this problem? I opened up my wii to see if any of the soldering joints were off but they all look ok. Wii and Wii backup games play fine its just the original gamecube games that give me problems.

how are you backing up your GC games? Also what sort of media you using and how fast your burning --> also one last thing plug a real GC game in and see if that works with those answers we can probably get a pretty good idea of whats wrong

oh sorry about that... guess i should have read a bit closer you are using the originals, it almost sounds as if you scrqewed something on the laser in that instace get a magnafying glass or jewlers glass (the best) and look for an shorts or saughter crossing
