So I'm trying to rip a dvd and I keep getting this error:




I've tried it in both apollo and cucusoft and they both gave me the same error. I tried what it told me to do and got nothing.
When I ran it through decrypter to see if I could get an IFO file off of it all it was sit there saying "extracting sectors" and stayed on 0% for twenty minutes.

I'm kind of stuck now; any ideas?
