Hi,
I downloaded pro evo 6 and put it in my ISO folder on my mem stick.
I click on devhook 0.44 and i do all the things that are necessary to start the iso. However when i press start in devhook the screen turns black and turns off. Similarly, when i try umd loader the screen just freezes. Please help me. Thanks.

My PSP: 2.71 -> 1.50 -> 3.40 OE-A -> 3.52 M33-4 -> Brick -> Pandoras Battery + Magic Mem -> 3.90 M33-3

I dont want to update my firmware otherwise i cant play iso files from the memory stick. version 1.5 is optimum for playing iso games.

custom firmware, not sony's firmware. Devhook is really old now, custom firmware is the way to go. Just put your iso in ISO folder, then you can run them directly from xmb.

Custom firmware are made by dark_alex. It's a integrated firmware with 1.5 and 3.40 capablities. You can always return back to 1.5 with ease.

currently the same), and copy them in the oeupdmaker directory with the names 150.PBP and 340.PBP."

Since you seem to be quite confused about oe upgrade, here's a easy installer for 3.40oe for ya: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/500493
Just execute this winstaller from windows, and it'll install everything in place. you need an usb cable from psp to computer.
Again, you can EASILY return to 1.5 or other custom firmware.
P.S: try using the edit button in the future :)
