Why my PSX game movies are mute?

Hi everyone! I have a little problem i'm sure someone can help me with...

I burned my favourite Psx RPGs, some as .iso files and some as .img files, i burned some with Alcohol 120% an some with cloneCD. They all work perfectly on my modded PSOne except for one thing: I can't hear a sound when it comes to the movie sequences, i can only hear the background music if it started before the beginning of the scene.

Now, i was fine with FF7 and Xenogears because the scenes were a few and subbed but what am i gonna do now that i want to play FF8-9 and other games?

Are all of the games doing it, no matter what file format (.iso/.img) and program?
