Trouble installing Wiikey v1.2 setup disk

I have downloaded the setup disk V1.2 files from the Wiikey website. I click on the "BootableDisc_US.bat" and it creates a "bootdisc.us.iso". According to Windows the size of the "bootdisc.us.iso" is just over 7Mb. I have read other posts of people reporting that the file should come out to be over 4Gb. Is this true?

I ask because I have burned this image twice now and my Wii still says "Cannot read disk" and yes I do have a Wiikey installed. Also I am using Verbatim DVD-R.

Yes, the ISO should come out to over 4 gigs.

Are you sure your downloading it from the official site?

I just downloaded it and it made a boot disc of 4.37GB so you must be doing something wrong.

Try starting over. Delete all setup files that you have previously download. Redownload the file from the above site. Now create a folder called Wiikey Update. Extract the Wiikey update you downloaded from the site into the Wiikey Update folder. Then run the BootableDisc_US.bat

It should work for you.
