MOVIE IS SLOW IN PREVIEW

i always preview the video file before i burn most are always good...

but a few movies are slow and freeze up during that ...i never tried to burn then wen it does that...can any 1 tell me wat the problem might be.....thanx

I use Nero quite frequently and i don't think its a problem.
Nero or any other video editing programs tend to run slow because the files are so big. A good idea is after you have just been video editing, but before you watch the whole finished product, you restart the computer so that your ram replensihes itself.

Same theory goes to installing programs. thats why it always asks you to restart.
