I have the same problem as the U torrent coched out thread, only this is a bit different. I have been torrenting since late 2006, with about 50kbs download, slow enough I know. But I was fine with that, anyway, I decided to set up a proxy on my PC using this:

It worked for a while, then yesterday it just cut off, I woke up and the connection had, had it. I had to restart the wireless router and modem, and PC. And ever since I used that link, it will come up with a popup when I start the machine saying: Could not connect to local host.
Then It will run something really quickly on CMD.
I uninstall-ed the first two programs on the list, but could not find the last one. (I also disabled the port I forwarded for the program) I tried a torrent with 3000 leechers and 2000 seeders, but still only got up to 0.8kbs.
Any help would be appreciated.
