Ive been using torrents for quite a while (10 GB down, 6.2 GB up) and it has come to my attention of my upload speed.

I am CERTAIN that it is in excess of 1400 Kbps (~180 kb\s) and i have it capped at 150k on the program im using (Azureus), but however i am only putting out aprox 40 kb\s.

I am downloading at 400k+ over 4 different torrents, and im seeding another 2, and yet im only uploading a total of, at the moment, 39.5kb\s.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I have tried many different clients, such as UTorrent, and BitCommet, but i get the same upload cap as usual.
