how do i play gbs roms on my ds using r4??

hey i have a ds with an r4... im a total noob.. all i can do is play ds games but i have no idea how i can play the gba roms?? can i do this and if i can.. how do i do it..

thanks .. any help will be greatly appreciated..

you can NOT play gba backups on the r4 [or any other slot-1 device].
