NeroVision 3 and no audio_ts file

I am using NeroVision 3 to encode and burn my MPEG4 movie file to a DVD. I create my menu screen (with audio background) and have it burn. The result is a perfectly fine menu screen and a perfectly fine movie...BUT NO AUDIO. It burns the DVD with no Audio_ts folder.

The MPEG4 movie plays fine on my PC. I've looked through all possible setting options and can't find anything that would ignore audio.

I got the Nero trial kit with my DVD Burner. During the "trial" period this process worked fine. I went ahead and purchased the full version...and has not worked since.

Please advise.

The AUDIO_TS folder is not required.It is always empty.
I suggest that you note your serial number, uninstall Nero and use the appropriate Nero Clean Tool, then reinstall.
