Is there any other way to backup up wii games without using the LG drive? I have a wiinja Modchip installed in it.

No, as of now, the ONLY Method for burning Wii Games is with the LG Drives! You can buy an LG drive for pretty cheap on ebay (I bought mine for about $15)!
