Well you kind of have how to do it in your thread title. Just use Videora iPod converter and it's pretty straightforward.

Videora doesn't need access to the internet, as long as it's already downloaded on your computer.

take a look at this step by step forum guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/297023 , either cucusoft or xilisoft works great.

You most likely have Videora instead of Videora iPod Converter. Download the actual iPod converter from here:
