Port forwarding for Conexant PT - 3830

Hi, I'm hoping for some help on settings for my Conexant PT-3830 wireless ADSL router. I'm using BitTornado and can't get past the yellow light due to not being able to upload. I've put BitTornado in the 'exceptions' list for my Windows XP firewall so think the router needs to be set up for port forwarding. I've looked on http://portforward.com and my router isn't listed so any help with settings and what to do would be really appreciated. Cheers, guys.
