I was wondering if the port shown on tracker adresses mean anything? For example, the Demonoid tracker address shows http://inferno.demonoid.com:3392/announce ... Do I have to put that 3392 up anywhere, or does it not matter? Thanks.

No, hat is the port that the tracker uses in order to know what you have downloaded and uploaded. Dont worry about it, keep on doing what you are doing.
