DuoX 2 GS flashing

I recently installed a duox 2 gs chip in my 1.6 xbox and it works great. my problem, is how to flash it. How do I flash a DuoX 2 GS(blue, not cromwell edition) when bank 0 has evox bios and bank 1 has x2 bios. Is it through evox? I want to flash an EEPROM patched cromwell image to bank 0(evox bios) so I can fix my 1.3 box that has a corrupted EEPROM.
