I have the file that contains a ton of NES, SNES, and so forth emulators and roms for Wii. I get a huge .rar file, extract it, and get a small .catalog, .dol, and .rar file, that I can't extract. What exactly do I burn to a DVD to get to play this with my Wiikey?

I use this program that I got called WiiEmus.rar! You just get the roms of the games, and put them in the files given, and then you just click on a file that will create an iso image of the Emulator, that you can burn to a DVD, and just load to the Wii!

well thanks, that will help in the future, but for as of right now, does anyone know what to do with these files, or maybe how to convert the big (2 gig) .rar to an iso?

Maybe extract the files from the rar file, as thats a compressed file, and then, just go to like Nero or some other burning software, and add all the files there as you would do to burn a normal data dvd?

After you do the initial extraction are you sure that the last .rar file is actually a .rar file? Does it have that extension or are you assuming its a .rar file because it has the red books icon that WinRAR uses? Because WinRAR associates itself with lots of files that aren't actually archives. Make sure that you have the box unchecked that says "hide extensions for known filetypes" in the veiw tab under folder options. Then come back and report what the file extensions are for all the files that are left.
