I have 3.30 OE-A and autopopstation 4 and some of the games I ripped from my cds work like saga frontier works and rayman dosnt work and I put did them the same and there in the same folder and everything, Why?

Pretty simple, the emulator doesnt support all games, regardless of the game ID you use. Just like Legend of Legaia and others, the game you want to play still has problems with Sony's emulator, nothing you can do about it at this point.
