I'm currently trying to get an iso of FF:Tactics(psx) to work on my new 3.03 Silver PSP and it just wont load, i've tried different methods in ripping the iso and have even tried other isos of the same game from other sources(don't ask) and none of these seem to work. The game just will not load. Is there someone else out there who has successfully gotten this game to work on a similar setup? Is there something I should be looking at in the Recovery console? Is it just not loading because this is an Asian version of the psp and a u.s. copy of the game? The game shows up with all of the other games on the stick. I've tried putting it under /psp/game/FinalTactics as well as /game150 and /game303 in the psp folder. Files all seem to be there Eboot and Keys. When the game goes to load it says "The game could not be started. (80000004). Anyone offer any insight into why this isn't working?

Did you put it in the GAME folder inside the PSP instead of the ISO

convert using PsGUI (goole PsGUI221beta.rar) instead, update to a later custom firmware, make sure kernal is not 1.5 but the other option,

if those don't work, i have no idea what is wrong

Ok well I just updated to 3.40 OE-A and tried FF:T(the one I had previously converted) and what do you know...it WORKED. I am a bit puzzled why 3.03 OE-C caused that problem seeing is how it is said to be the most stable and trouble free of the custom firmware *shrug* but i'm happy now. Just need to remember what other PSX games I used to play back then and start converting:) Thank you all for the help, it is very much appreciated!
