am having this problem with windows/nero.whenever i try to play or burn an .avi file,a window dispalys saying that "advnctr.dll was not found on your system.

Another problem is that my computer downloaded security updates which came with a notification about the system detecting active spyware in my computer. I used another spyware remover software, found and cleaned the spyware. but the notification is still there and pops up after every five minutes. How do i get rid of this anoying spyware notification??

do a system restore to get rid of notification what they are doing is trying to get you to buy there software the only way is a system restore to a earlier date before the problem started
