Before the semester ended a guy in my Calc class said that there were a few guys developing a homebrew to assist in playing Dreamcast and low graphic ps2 games on the Psp

Just wonding if anyone has heard any news about that

From what I can tell you there is no chance of that happening reason why, the PSP has not enough POWER to emulate the PS2, nor the Dreamcast, its not that there cant be created an emulator, but if you think, the PSP and PS2 hardwares are way different, just imagine, the PS2 games were DVDs, 4.5 or even 9Gbs games and the psp can only work with up to 1.8Gbs and still there is no Memory stick capable enough to hold a PS2 game even stripped... so I guess the PSP wont be able to play PS2 games, maybe Dreamcast games, but not PS2, not even Gamecube games (maybe... but they will play to slow).
