I need help copying DVD from my daughyer's school event. I bought it, but I would like to make s copy. I tried /hd, shrink, and nothing has worked.

IS the film still on a camcorder? If so what does the camcorder record the film onto?

the school had some company video tape it. I was handed a dvd.

What happens when you put in the DVD? If it is a already authored film then Windows Media Player should be able to play it. However if nothing happens go to "My Computer", right click the icon for the drive with the DVD in it and select "Explore". What do you see?
