Hi Killamach,

I'm trying to swap out the music in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, also. Do you think you could help? I thought I was getting close, but whenever I get to a stage where I've swapped the music, my game freezes up. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! ;)

P.S. I want to figure out how to edit the sprites, too. If I figure out anything I'll be sure to post.

ok...From the information you gave me,and assuming you did everything else you were supposed to do.then the only thing i can think of is that you didnt convert them Before you can convert your wav files to adx, you MUST make sure that your wav song files are 48000khz before you can convert them to adx!!! I can't stress this enough, if you go ahead with the rest of the process and use wav files that are at 41000khz your PS2 will FREEZE when your song is supposed to play.Like what is happening to you. Here is a simple step-by-step to make your wav files 48000khz.

=----->Assuming you use windows<------

Were going to use Sound Recorder again. Click on the "START" - "All Programs" - "Accessories" - "Entertainment" - "Sound Recorder" to load the Sound Recorder program.

Open up your wav file, then click on "File" - "Save as". You can look at the bottom by Format and it will tell you what khz your song currently is at. If it say's anything else then 48000khz then you need to proceed with the rest of this part.

At the bottom in the Format area click on "Change", then in the "Attributes" menu at the bottom click on "48000khz 16bit Stereo".

Click OK and save your song file. Your .wav song file will now be the needed 48000khz. You can now proceed properly with the rest of the process.

Now Larger Song Files Will TAke Longer To Load on "sound recorder"So just hang in there.If You Can Use Another Program That can change the Attributes then do so.Also You Should Increase The Volume Of the mp3s About 3-4 time,Becuz Once there in the game For some reason it gets lower.

Just DO it while your changing the songs to 48000khz in sound recorder...Go To Effects ..and increase volume 25%...Do this about 3-4 times..

This should fix ur problem.!

Let me kno Wat happens..
