I don't know what you are looking for.... the original file that you used to write to disk or what's on the DVD that you wrote to? the log doesn't show where you got the files from. but the files written to disk are :
Quote:
Last possible write address on media: 2295103 (510:01.28, 4482MB)
Last address to be written: 1948863 (433:04.63, 3806MB)

3806MB in total.

you can use a firmware update, too.
Quote:
TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-W162C>Version: TS08
from TS08 to TS11 found here:
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2078

Firmware is programming that is inserted into a programmable memory area of your drive, thus becoming a permanent part of a drive. This 'software' is called firmware and can be updated with a firmware flasher. A firmware upgrade can add new functionality to your drive. Also bug fixes and improvements are done by firmware upgrades. It also adds more media codes and write strategies to the drive to improve burning capabilities and disk recognition.

and your version of Nero 6 is not the stablest version.... 6.6.0.18 is the most stablest version of Nero 6 and I would update it to that version. Here's how:

Before udating to 6.6.0.18 I would save the serial #, uninstall Nero, then use the cleaning tools : http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html
then do a registry clean up(free registry cleaner, CClean: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloadpage.aspx?1) and defrag...... then reboot!

install package one:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_burning_rom/?539

then install package two:
http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Patch_for_NVE3.html
reboot and you're good to go!

also I would use better media. Stick with the MIJ rule (Made In Japan). Look for the MIJ on the label of the box of spindle (Taiyo Yuden, Sony, Maxell, and some Fuji)... the only exception to this rule is Verbatim, which is top notch media but made in Taiwan/Singapore and the only non MIJs I will use.

just a few suggestions ..... sorry I couldn't help you in your original question.

Hi, i have been reading your thread. I have the same question, and have found the files pointed out by the reply there. HOwever, how can you determine what these files were. They are just numbers.. is there anyway of decrypting these to show the files written.
Thanks
Viv
