Can't get pcsxbox to pick up my second lunar disc

I am using pcsxbox with lunar.bin and lunar.cue from orig disc 1, which i extracted and burned as an image on a Sony DVDR disc one.
I also have lunar.bin and cue, Which I extracted and burned as an iso from second original disc, burnerd as an iso on a sony DVDR disc 2.
It works perfectly until I get the flying machine with new engine back on top of Myghts tower. It craps out while the balloon is flying and I get a black screen which forces me to reboot my xbox.
This happens right after naal says ww-what's that?
Then the blackscreen of death.
I can boot both copied disks as the game but I can't get the game to continue when I swap dvd's. This really sucks because it works fine up until that point.
Anyone know how I can fix this? so the second bin file pick's
up where the first one left out.
