Combining Two MP4 Video Files

Hello!

I have two MP4 video files about 358mb each which is a full length film split into two files, my question is this. Is there any software out there that would allow me to combine the two pieces together in order to view the movie in a single file instead of having to open each seperately. I realize that I may not be able to sync the last scene of file 1 with the first first scene of file 2 "perfectly" but i would like to attempt it if there is a suitable software available.
